If you are not completely satisfied with the Grief Episode Guide journal purchase or a git for any reason, please review our returns, refund and exchange policies below for Inukshuk Publishing online orders or other bulk orders.  Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Inukshuk Publishing returns activity for quality and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges and is at their discretion.

The policy is for returns of unwanted and unused journals.
 

Limitations:

• If the journal has not been used or damaged

• A full refund will be made in accordance with to purchase price.

• All return requests should be made within 30 days of the date you received the item.
   

Send us an email explaining the problem  and include the following information:

• Why do you want to return the item, including photos or video or the problem?

• Your order date and ID (if applicable)

• Your name, address, email address, and daytime phone number.
   

Submit a written explanation of the refund request and allow for 30 days for the payment to reach your account upon receipt of the journal(s). All correspondence along with the request goes to info@inukshuk-publishing.com, posted to 44 High Grance Way, Wingate, Durham, TS285FG in the first instance.
 

Once approved then we will send you an envelope with the return shipping label and details return shipping instructions (if you purchased the item by mistake or decide you no longer want the item, you may be responsible for the original and return shipping costs). When we have received the item and verified the contents, we will then issue the refund.
